Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup 2024 | Day 6 Wrap

The mighty Mistral wind dominated the week of the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup in Porto Cervo in 2024, forcing the abandonment of racing on three of the five days of scheduled racing.

But the famed wind that whistles down France’s Rhone Valley and fans out across the Med from the northwest, relented its onslaught to permit a spectacular final day of strong wind racing around the scenic Costa Smeralda islands.

We sum up the week that saved its best ‘til the last.
